Our curriculum is designed to support early learning and character. It is not medical, psychological, developmental, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. Always use your own judgment as a parent or educator, and seek professional guidance where appropriate.

5. Intellectual property

The curriculum, framework, text, and design are owned by Qubtan or its licensors and are provided for your personal or institutional use within the app. You may not resell or redistribute the content without permission.

6. Plans and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Where payments apply, pricing and terms will be shown at checkout. During the current phase, features are offered for evaluation and may change.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubtan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law
